Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show).

General Policies
Cypress Creek FACE has transitioned to digital tickets. The bar code on the print-at-home ticket or mobile device must be scanned at the entry to the theatre. A member of the box office staff will be available at each performance for assistance with ticketing.
The Centrum is accessible to patrons using wheelchairs. For special accommodation requests (e.g. wheelchair seating, medical needs) please specify your need when purchasing tickets or call the box office at 281-440-4850 for instructions/assistance before placing your order.
Traffic and parking near the theater can become congested prior to a show. We suggest that you allow extra time to arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy the performance. Those arriving after a performance has begun will be seated at the discretion of the management.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Cypress Creek FACE). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
